How do you purchase Gems for a friend as a gift?

Hi @Memahz4

Gems cannot be gifted to another player.

However, if your friend lives in the USA you can gift them a $20 EA game card that is good for 275 gems. They can be purchased at quite a few retail stores and can be purchased online at Best Buy & Walmart. Best Buy sends the EA card for free and Walmart will email you the code, or even email the code to your friend as a gift. But they can only be used by residents of the USA.

Why can't you gift gems as a prize, without going to buy an EA card?

I'm sorry to say, but Gems are non-transferable between players. However, you can help with an EA Gift Card as mentioned above.

How the heck so you purchase a pogo gift card? Can it purchased on here and sent to a player? How does this happen and how quickly can it be done? Thank you for your time.
