Problem with Undiscovered World Chapt. 9 will not let me buy this story.

I am trying to get into Undisovered World Story 9 which is available, everytime I do it says Pogo is not available then resets itself.  I have more than enough gems, whast is going on?  I can get into everything else, please help?
