Not getting the tokens I won in Pogo No Limit Hold Em

When I play a game of hold em and win sometimes I wont get the tokens that I won. Twice in two days I have not received my 4000 tokens right after winning and it is very very frustrating. I worked hard for them and they just disappeared. I am using Google Chrome and just updated the Sun Java. Damnit this is aggravating, I am about to find a new site to play although I have been here for years.

MISSING TOKENS:
Do you have a popup blocker on? If so, you won't see the little box that pops up & tells you they've been awarded.

Also, you will NOT see the total tokens change until you refresh the page or get more tokens, prompting a change. They won't show up instantly on your total.

 

Test your pop-up blocker:  http://www.pogo.com/misc/popup-blocker-test.jsp

     If it appears that the tokens are genuinely gone, please submit the following information using the E-mail Us link :
              * Date
              * Time Zone from which you play
              * Room Name
              * Token balance after you sat down at the table/completed game
              * Token balance before you sat down at the table/started game
              * Description of what happened, including the exact text of any error messages that you saw.

               Did you get disconnected from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the Internet?

               Did you receive any Pogo -based error messages? Did you see any other error messages
