@begrateful283Eg , I am a volunteer helper and not an EA employee. I have seen this message sometimes in the past too. Often it stops returning in time. However, if it continues to happen day after day, this can be annoying and something must be done to stop this from recurring.
It might happen because your internet connection was momentarily disrupted and so the game is asking you if you are still connected. But it might be that you have not been disconnected and the game just randomly asks this question.
Here is my suggestion if this continues to re-occur day after day. Re-post your comments at the "General Discussion & Feedback" or "Technical Help" forum sections of EA Answers HQ. The reason is that the EA community managers don't seem to be reviewing the posts at the "Pogo Classic" forum section any more.
