I can't get into pogo no matter what I type

Chat will work, I just need to cancel my credit payment for a second account that was created when I couldn't get into my regular account. Second account is Satinkitty

This has be resolved months ago. Is someone trying to hack my account? I had to get Pogo on Chrome.
