How do I contact POGO directly by e-mail?

★★★ Newbie

POGO has made it impossible to contact them.  I have been searching the site for an hour looking for an email address to ask why I can't play pogo games on my iPad by going to pogo.com and all i get are these stupid FAQ sites and forums.  Does anybody have an email address.  I know asking for a phone number is WAY too much for this shoddy outfit!

This is Answers HQ, and we are not any kind of directory service for EA.  We are game players gathered here doing the best we can to help one another with suggestions for Self-Help fixes.  You need to stay on the Help Center's website, here:

I was already at the link you so graciously supplied - and it keeps looping me back to this Answer HQ thing.  It is very frustrating and I know it's not your fault.  I would just think they would post a customer service e-mail or something that would lead directly to them.  The problem is theirs since they don't obviously know how to provide pogo.com gaming to members with iPad.  Thanks for taking the time to answer.  I'm getting close to cancelling my membership of 6 or 7 years and was trying one last thing to salvage the situation.  Thanks again!

Unfortunately, when I go to the link and enter the information, the only option for contact is this Answer HQ.  Thanks for trying to help, I'm probably just going to cancel my account.  It's too bad because I've enjoyed Pogo for a number of years, but if I can't play it on my iPad it is of no use to me.  Thanks again!

The problem with smartphones, tablets and other personal computing devices is that they are not designed to support Java and/or Flash, the two programs that are the backbone of browser-based gaming. Some devices can use a cloud app that will allow them access to full functionality, but that is completely dependent on the device.

There is no way around this  and the only option on these devices is to play the games available of the free download app.

These are the steps you need to follow to contact a game advisor directly:

1. Click the link
http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=pogo&platform=pogo and sign in with your Pogo name and password.

2. Where it says: ’Select a topic’ choose ‘Billing/Purchasing’ from the drop-down list

3. Click underneath the heading:  ‘Tell us a little more about your issue’ and enter ‘Pogo’

4. Click the orange ‘Next’ button

5. Depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you may see the Live Chat option, directly
under that you'll see the Email me button. Please be aware that Live Chat is available for Club Pogo members only.
