Games not Loading

I am having problems with several games not loading that use java...don't seem to have any problems with the flash games....I recently cancelled my membership because of this....I did everything pogo recommended ...I have been a member since 2009 and never had problems like this till just the past month.  Will you please fix this problem with java based games ?

I'm having the same problems since the last upgrade. I am continually prompted to install the latest versions of Java and Flash player which I hace done. I have tried on both my laptops, one running Microsoft Vista and the other Windows 8. I f this isn't sorted, I am cancelling my subscription after 10 years+ as a Pogo player.

Same with me , I did cancel and just got it back thinking that they may have fixed it. Have done all they said to do and still they won't load.  and yes it has only since a couple of months that it has started and since so many others are having the same problem I know it is with Pogo and not us.
