Everyone Wins Bingo problems

I am trying to win a badge that counts the wilds passes. This game does not count all wilds passed because it says that either you passed it to yourself or everyone has the max number of wilds. This is just not right. I played for a very long time but was not credited with any passed wilds. Additionally, it does not count all of the bingos. At the rate I am going I will never get the badge. I have no control over who gets the wild including myself. If this is the way the game  is designed to work, it sucks. I just wasted a chance to win a badge.
