You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

im sorry there is no eta on the issue ea is addressing the issue, please try to stay patient and wait for a resoulution i understand its upset you that you spent money on a card an cannot use it but in time you will so no worries, ea will fix this
