For the past few months, I get the message that it can't connect the game to the internet  I'm ready to forget the whole site because what good is it if you can't play the games.  I did all of the troubleshooting suggestions already and I am totally tired of paying for a site that doesn't work.  I try to complete the challenges (daily, weekly, etc)  but unfortunately never able to complete because it constantly gives the same message as above.

What's going on?
