In order to change the options in the table games, you must first enter a chat room via the Chat Rooms tab. Look under the game window for the four tabs and click on the Chat Rooms tab. Then select a chat room and click on it to enter it.
Once you are in the room and the lobby has loaded (window with all the tables). Choose an empty table and click on one of the yellow Play buttons. The options screen will pop up and you will be able to customize your game.
If you prefer to play with the robots, you still can. Once you've selected your game options, look towards the bottom of the options screen for the Make Table Private option. Put a tick in that option and then enter a password of your choosing into the password box.
Once you've completed setting up your options, select the Play button.
