The information displayed on the Home Page may differ from your actual badge progress. |
Missing Badges?
If so, please check your Profile’s Badges tab first.
Go to your Profile Page > Scroll Down > Locate the Badges Tab
Your latest badges should appear.
Progress reset?
Go to the BADGES page > Scroll down until you see 'Badges I am working on.'
check your progress there.

@zyquemell This is an excerpt from the following thread:
Weekly Challenge in Poppit! Sprint
Purchasing the Vortex Power Up will not count towards your progress in the challenge.
Only purchases made in the store before you start the game will count.

My badge progress is still not showing on the badge progress page. I had 13/14 gins.

ALL YOUR IDEAS ARE GREAT, BUT NEVER WORK. IF I DON'T STAY TO FINISH THE BADGE, MY PROGRESS RESETS!! THIS HAS HAPPENED TOOOO MANY TIMES. VERY AGGRAVATING TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE DELETED BROWSER, COOKIES, CACHE, AND JAVA TOO. I HAVE NO QUESTION, JUST WOULD LIKE SOLUTIONS.
I HAVE CHECKED EVERY WHERE YOU SUGGEST TO SEE PROGRESS, NOTHING BUT 'ZERO'.

This did not work for me. I had made progress on the badge and that progress disappeared. Even when I restarted the badge, the progress in the game chat window had reset and started back at zero. I have achieved the badge now because I replayed it, not because of any of your fixes, etc., that were not true in my case.

I had the badge late last night..today it shows no Gins. I got 1 Gin just now thinking it would tell me I already had the badge, but now it
shows one Gin

I earned the Sherlock holmes badge and the next day it reset.. Now no progress is showing when I play and it still says to activate. Please fix this problem.

I had already completed Sherlock Holmes and over halfway with others and it all reset. Checked Badge page and it was also back to zero! Not Happy!!

I was at 307/500 in Crazy Cakes, a game I consider excruciating and ONLY play for the badge.......and dropped to 114. How do I get the credit back - TORTURE to have to do it over.....
