I have an account that I am unable to acceess I know the screen name but I dont know if the account is disabled as I have not used it in some time. Is there any way to recover the account?

Hey there, @Steelie5668.

 

If it's been some time since you logged in, and you remember the screenname, there is an alternate way to log in to get your account set up for the standard login.

 

  1. On the Sign In page, click on "Having trouble signing in?"
  2. Click on "I used to sign in with my Pogo screen name"
  3. Log in with your screenname and password

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts)and get back in the game!

 


Pogo Account is basically EA Account.

The "Screen name" doesn't help a lot. You have to know the email & the password to login to EA or Pogo account!

 

I will recommend the following steps:

  • check all your email accounts to find any EA or Pogo "email confirmation" emails, which are usually sent when you complete the Account creation process;
  • ^this way you will possibly find the email with which your account was created;
  • then you just need to remember the password... do you have any notes for the passwords?

 

  • Collect/gather as much evidence as possible of your lost account (print screens, emails, bills etc.)...
  • ...after you have "the Evidence" you can try to contact EA Support like described in these links:

The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix account issues like this.

You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further with this issue you are having.

*Note that some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome*

Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.

I had what I thought was the email and password but when I entered them it asked me to create a new account
