the same thing happens to me saying that my password is wrong when I know it's not so I end up changing my password. I have changed my password at least seven times already because it constantly happens since going to EA.

Hey there, @rsgc2.
It's possible that your browser is remembering old data and not your latest password. Please try clearing your browser cache to see if it improves the behavior on that.
As you've been updating your password often, you can also try updating it to the same as your last password to see if it alleviates your browser's confusion over which password.

@RSGC2, What Arrenai said is true. If your cache contains old password information, it might reloading an old password. Browsers save passwords in the website cookies. So to clear your browser cache, you would need to clear the cookies too.
BUT … one word of caution about that. Clearing the cookies, will delete ALL your saved login and password information from ALL websites where you use that browser, not just at Pogo. So the effects of clearing one's cache of cookies could go beyond the Pogo website and you might not want that. IF you have all your login information saved someplace for all the websites you go, then you can re-enter the information later.
Another way to try to solve this problem is to talk to an EA advisor through online chat or phone call back for suggestions. Below are the steps to take if you want to try this.
1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click "Contact Us"
3. Select Pogo from the game list or type Pogo in the white box
4. Select PC or Mac or other platform
5. Select Topic "Manage my account"
6. Select Issue "Can't log in" or "Manage account details"
7. Click "Select contact option" (blue button at bottom of the page)
8. Type in a brief description in white box entitled "Subject"
9. Click on the blue "Chat Now" button and wait for an EA Advisor to start the conversation.
10. If you receive the screen for a phone call back instead of online chat, type in your name, country, subject to discuss and your phone number
11. Then click on the blue "Request Call" button at the bottom of the screen and wait for an EA advisor to call you by phone.
If you have waited a reasonable amount of time for online chat to begin and an EA advisor has not started a chat, the advisors may be very busy at the moment. You can leave and return later to try again.

Which browser are you using to play Pogo? Each browser has a slightly different location that they keep the browser settings.
