I have been on POGO for many years. I am not a newbie. Will you fix my account I am in the POGO club. I can't join again. I have ads all over the place

That certainly sounds frustrating. It's possible that you may have more than one Pogo screenname or may have just created a new account during the login process.

 

Please try first logging in using your username and Pogo password rather than your email. If you're still unable to get in with your Club Pogo account, please try contacting EA Help and our Game Advisors can help you straighten out the account situation for you and get you and your badges, tokens and gems reunited.

 

To contact EA Help:

  • Go to https://help.ea.com
  • Click "Contact Us"
  • Select Pogo from the game list
  • Select PC or Mac
  • Select Manage my account > Can't log in
  • Click Select contact option

As for the "Newbie" rank here on Answers HQ, that rank is separate from Pogo, but applies to these forums specifically. The more you participate, the higher your Answers HQ rank will be. I hope that helps!
