you make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE PASSWORD.  ONE MUST LITERALLY BE A FREAKING EINSTEIN TO CHANGE A PASSWORD ON HERE.  THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND MAKES ME WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR SIGHT AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY TOO!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with updating your password. You should be able to do the following to update your password:

1. Go to Pogo.com
2. Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner
3. Click "Forget your password?"
4. Input your email or screenname into the field
5. Check your email for an email from EA
6. Click on the link emailed to you
7. Input your new password and click Submit
