Received email from EA but the name used isn't my username or email.

The email I received used a "name" that's not my username or email. What is the problem??

Also, I have to use different passwords to sign in, one if I sign in using my username and another if using my email addrs. 

This is a mess.

Can you try logging in using your username and not your password? Changes to Pogo mean that if you have multiple accounts and login with your email it may not bring up your main account, so if this happens can you please use your username to login.
