I now use EA to access my former pogo.com account. Would someone please explain why I need to reset my password EVERY TIME I log onto this system? Getting ready to throw in the towel...

That's definitely not supposed to happen, I admit. Do you have your password saved in the browser? If so, when you click SHOW next to your password, does it show the correct password?

Often times, this error is caused by the browser remembering an old password, either in the password field, or in the browser's cookies. Please try clearing your browser's cache and have it forget any passwords associated with your login to start:
