Change of user name

Thanks for reaching out. At this time, it's not possible to change your Pogo screenname. Now that it's tied with the EA Network, which does have screennames that can be updated, it is unknown if this may change in the future for Pogo.

Hey there, @23holly.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at this time to change the username and keep your stats, however the Pogo team is looking into options for players to change their screennames.

From the New Pogo Sign-In Experience FAQ:

Q. Because I can change my EA Public ID name often, will I be able to change my Pogo screen name every once in a while as I see fit to do so?
A. Based on feedback, there will be no screen name changes required for any Pogo accounts. For those of you interested in changing your screen names, that option will be added later in the year. We will provide details on that when it becomes available.
