i need to change my e mail acct  please tell me  how to do this  cannot get into pogo  with the new  format audrey @[edit: email address removed]

@bpronda1 This is not something which we can help you with on AHQ, as it involves your account can you please speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.  You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat

Hello @superjimmydee!

If you are able to log into your account, go to https://profile.ea.com. In the About Me section, click Edit next to Email Address.

If you aren't able to log in, however, please try reaching out to our EA Help Game Advisors and they will be happy to help you update your email and get you back into the games, with all your tokens and badges intact.

To contact EA Help:

• Go to https://help.ea.com
• Click "Contact Us"
• Select Pogo from the game list
• Select PC or Mac
• Select Manage my account > Can't log in
• Click Select contact option
