If there is any truth in what he says, then Bioware deliberately screwed everyone, including EA. The state of the product at release appears due to Bioware being unethical villains that deliberately lied to everyone and threw together the game at the last minute as little more than a money grab.
Add to that the number of high level staff they lost during this process and it does not appear they have the capability to solve what is wrong even if they had a desire to so do, which they are not demonstrating sufficiently if the case.
We were hyped and waiting for this game to be released before they even actually started production of what they released according to this article! Such deceptive business practices should be illegal IMO...
