I have read the planned changes and I think that it is absolutely not enough to increase the cost of the card by one. What should this solve?

I think you should give them the benefit of the doubt. I assume they playtested and came to the conclusion that it was enough to slow down the combo. Lets see how it works out first, then give further feedback.
