Why does the BATTLE button not show up?

When I open up PVZ heroes, the battle button does not show up for me to play ranked games. I was able to play a ranked game after I got my ranked rewards which directed me straight to the ranked games interface, but when I went out of that to the main screen, the battle button still wasn't there. I don't know why this is happening, and I will appreciate your help. Thank you.

I play on iOS 12.1.3

This started happening after the new update in PVZ heroes, v 1.30.4, by the way.

Same here. I know this sgame a problem for all IOS players and I know they are working on it. We just have to wait.
