What are do I have to be for friends settin to appear

So, what age do I have to be for the friends section to appear?

I'm 15 right now and my account was first registered as 13 years old, and the friends section has recently disappeared.

Just wanna know if I would be able to contact EA customer support or something about this or something to get it fixed, or if I just gotta wait until I'm 16 or something.

Just wanna battle with my friends again. Thanks!
