Receiving issues

Where the buttons are to recycle your cards are covered by my navigation bar back home and window change. I've never had this problem before and my phone doesn't do this on any other game. My phone also has no settings to change or move the navigation bar plzz help

What type of device do you have? Have you checked it's software to see if there is a software update?
