I have been in a case to recover my purchases from a old account and I have given them everything they need and they asking for the same stuff if they looked at my previous emails they could see but they aren’t responding now.

They never reply and always make up some excuse or flag it as a duplicate case is there anyone else I can talk to?

Hey @8zcyqscn5gip they are the only team who can assist, if you open multiple accounts for the same issue then the team will close any duplicates.
