Ever since the game updated to version 1.32.11 I haven't been able to obtain the free five gems you get per ad.
When I finish viewing the ad and exit to receive the gems it marks it down as an error and that I should try again.
I'm playing on Android, Samsung Galaxy A7.

What os version do you have on your Samsung Galaxy A7?
If I understand it correct you can keep doing that ad?
Last question, what kind of error message do you get?

I am having the same problem since downloading the latest update (version 1.32.11)
Samsung Galaxy A5, Android version 8
The ads will play but I am not receiving the 5 gem award and get the message "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I have Android 8.0.0. Model of Samsung Galaxy A7 is: SM-A750FM.
Yes, I have ad available but when it is finished and I close the ad, I always get error "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." and I do not get any gems.
So far I tried on WiFi and mobile network, to be sure if connection is stable but it happens every time.

@EA_Atic- I also am NOT seeing the Free Gems option since getting updated to v. 1.32.11. I also have not gotten an option to watch an add if I lose a Daily Challenge. I had cleared my cache and reset my Ad ID.
I am on a Huawei Nexus 6P, running Android v. 7.1.2 .
My players ID is 1002732885849.
Grrr... This is frustrating. :/

Can you try to restart the phone to see if that helps.

@EA_AticI've shut down the phone twice, as well as reboot it countless times, also rebooting with resetting the ad ID, and clearing the phone cache.
Still the same result... Ix-nay ad-way. *Sigh*

Restarting my device did not help. I also tried on my wi-fi, on my data network, and on a different wi-fi signal in another part of town.
Please help. I grind this game every day, will they compensate me for the 200 gems I have missed?
