Did you link your game to an EA account? I would recommend you to do so if you did not since EA can always backup your account. But I don't think they can back it up with a Facebook or Google Account. So if signing in with the latter two doesn't work, I think your progress is completely lost.

Maybe I’m just reading this wrong but your description is confusing to me. Ended your career by not giving you one pack? EA appears to have given you 100 gems which will buy you the one pack you lost? If I’m having issues understanding if that’s not your true problem I’m betting EA is too.

Not just that pack @904e8d29c3cd2aa2, their whole collection. Sounds awful and I really wish I could help, but I'm hopeless for technical support

@omerbain I took a look at your case and can see that an adviser has asked you to contact our live support so as to verify account information and look into the issue for you. Have you been in contact with a live adviser?
