Not receiving gems for the end of the season reward in pvz heroes

Do you mean for when you got to the next league or rank @pvzgoodgames or do you mean during the season reset?

Actually Kemo, if you check your end of season rewards table you will see that you get bonus gems with each piñata at the end of every season as well as gems each time you rank up.

I have always received bonus gems at the end of every season as per the rewards table.

Unfortunately, I have also not received my end of season gems, also Gold league. 
This is the first time it’s happened to me.

Me to I was on gold and supposed to get 250 gems!

For me I was on diamond and got only a badge and packs no gems

Got packs etc but non gems at league end. Should be 200. Hope they see this, also sent ticket for response
