No watch ads option

Since installing the game I have never seen a watch ads button in the menu. An in-game ad in which Dr. Zomboss was advertising the option to watch ads showed up twice, but clicking it never worked. If I hadn't seen this ad, I wouldn't even know that there is supposed to be such an option. I have tried following the troubleshooting post from a community manager before, but something must have changed since then. The post tells iOS users to reset their Ad ID in the settings, but this option is not present for me. Therefore, I don't know what else to do. Is there any workaround without having to chat with support?

@benn1nat0r I've seen many players report this issue that they cannot encounter ads. These are my suggestions and I have mentioned this in a previous post. 

1. You could try and “reset your advertising identifier” on your device. Use this link to find out how you can do so on iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT205223.
2. Try troubleshooting your mobile device, EA made an article on troubleshooting mobile iOS devices, and I have attached the link here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-ios-apps/. It more talks about general troubleshooting, but it can help to get ads to appear, or you can narrow down what is not the issue.
3. If you normally use Wi-Fi, try using Mobile Data and switching off Wi-Fi temporarily. If you normally use Mobile Data, try using Wi-Fi and switching off Mobile Data temporarily.
4. Play the game for a while! After a few games, make sure to check that the ad button does not appear. I normally do not get my ad button appear straight away, and sometimes I play a game before it appears. It may be worth playing for a decent period of time, then checking.

@TheSprinter85 I tried all of the above and there are still no ads. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting my cached data, and there is still no option to watch ads.

@papyrus1910 I am working on a troubleshooting guide and intend to provide as many possible solutions to common issues like these. When I release it, try the options I provide for being unable to watch ads.
