No load. Fix now

Havent been able to load game since update. Now are you working on a fix? Ive private messaged twice to a ea support. All they say is they know this problem and some people can get on waiting on the load screen. Now ive done this 20 times and it has not loaded. Only stays on load screen. Or it kicks me back to my phones home screen. Now ive spent money in this game along with alot of others i can imagine. This needs to be adressed quickly as its already starting to irratate me that a game ive spent money in i cant get access to.

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to log back in already. If I could provide you with more information or an ETA I would absolutely do it but right now I can only confirm that the studio is indeed aware of the issue and working on resolving it.
