Does anyone know if the creators allow people to submit ideas for new cards?

Since I started this game I saw a lot of publications here about new ideas, but none of them were reflected in the game, I know it's not the beautiful thing to say, but it's been like that, and now that this game is practically abandoned, that probability is now 0%.  However, you can publish them, and have, hope ...

Id like to see a ladder match or something like paid Tournaments where you can win Merch - cash prizes - & even a trophy. also defiantly new deck sets.
