My Heroes account is lost I was downloading the newest update when it said I had internet connection problems ( Which I didn't) so when I reload the app it wouldn't load every time I refreshed it the same problem happens. So I removed the app and redownload it and now I can't get my account back and I don't use facebook  and every time when I sine up to game center the game crashes what do I do.

Were you logged in with game center previously to save your progress? Are you getting any error message when the game crashes?

It would also be great if you could provide the following details:

- Device

- Version

- Player ID (if you can remember it)
