Missing Cards

I had bought a 10 pack and bonus of the Triassic Triumph set with 1000 of my gems and when opening them I didn't receive about 7 cards. I even checked for duplicate cards to make sure there wasn't a mistake on my part, but did not find any. I understand that this bug happens a lot and hope for justice and reimbursement for the cards or my gems . I use an android phone and have not had any other problems with the game.
