I need my gems back

Hi guys, I play Plants vs Zombies 2 and got total over 600 gems. Last week it suddenly reduced to 200 and yesterday they reduced to 1! I haven't touch or purchase any gemium plants but they just disappeared. Can someone help me to get those gems back. Any comments would be really appreciated. Thank you!

@Plantbest99 Hi, you can try reaching out to support, they can look into your account. 

However cases like this are usually due to inadvertent shared use of a device. Could anyone else be playing without your knowledge, perhaps a child or sibling?
