I can't recover my account with Google play. Is there another option

My phone broke.  I cannot access my account from it.  I signed into my Google play account from my new phone but have lost all progress.  It also won't let me use my name for multiplayer.  Is there an way I can get my account back or am I just screwed?

If you know your old User ID, then you can write to EA support, otherwise I think there's nothing can be done.

Oh no! It sounds like it may not have been linked to your Google Play account prior. However, if you linked your account to any of the additional methods (EA account, Facebook, Google Play (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS)), then you can try signing in with one of those options to pull up your original game.
