Help with Ads?

Lately I've been having problems with watching ads for gems.  

I can watch about 4 ads (20 gems), but then it says ads are not available. I restart the device, and I can watch one ad, and it displays the same message (not available) again.

I know my wifi is good because I can play ranked. I've tried restarting my device and game. This has been occurring for a few days now.

I would like to add that I have probably lost about 100 gems because of the ads.

Try to switch to mobile data connection, sometimes it works better than wi-fi.
