Game crashes all 1-4 matches [ Edited ]

Many people (not to say all) have the problem that plants vs zombies heroes in the middle of the play crashes every 1-4 Games is currently working on solutions to problems? soon comes out a new patch?

another problem is that the plant sometimes their plants outside the playing field and thus place are untouchable.
