Game Developers ignoring bugs

I see multiple instances of players reporting similar issues with hero quests (Chompzilla and Grass Knuckles) and no one from EA has responded to anything.

If you look at "All Boards" ... I think there are probably 20 game development teams and I doubt they (literally) ever talk to the moderators/community supports.

I'm also assuming there are like 2 moderators for the nearly 100 forums.

I'm not saying that's any excuse for ignoring bugs or the community ("community") but it is what it is.

Whenever I take the time to post a bug or an issue, I really don't know why I waste my time.
