Cant get my profile to come on keeps starting me to the beginning

I've been moving ahead in this game gracefully and I've invested money into my plants vs zombies hero's game. Well my phone had broke so I bought a new one. Had a j3 prime Samsung now have a j7 prime Samsung. So I downloaded the game and put my info and now I have to start over with nothing. How do I get my old game back anyone have any ideas?
