Bugged again??

I know a couple weeks ago there was an issue causing a "There is a problem with your game" message. Not sure if it was a bug or a hack people were using... After it was fixed had no issues until yesterday. Happened again just now. Really frustrating. At diamond level it's very time consuming to rank up and I've lost two stars so far in 2 days due to this. Yesterday it happened on my android phone, today on my iPad.

Is this happening for you for every game or is it just every now and then?

As long as you're logged into an account have you tried reinstalling the game on your device?
