plants vs zombies child unable to play PS4 ea account

Have played myself and 17 year old had to set up origin account and she can also play.my ten year old is unable to play as she does not meet the requirements?.This is a 7 plus game,please help her to play.

Wake up, then examine the date / time markers and figure out where it's been until now.

You will want to make sure that you set up a child account for your ten year old, as described here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-set-up-an-origin-account-for-my-child/

Afterwards, link the created account with the Playstation ID, as described here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/linking-your-gamertag-psn-id-or-ea-classic-screen-name/
