PvZ Garden Warfare 1 DirectX Error

So I had recently reinstalled Garden Warfare 1 and yesterday I played a couple of games and nothing was out of the ordinary. Today however, 20 minutes into playing and I crashed with the "GetDeviceRemovedReason" error crash message. I tried again and crashed again. I don't know what causes this and my only theory is my 4GB NTCore Patch program I used onto the game when it installed. Here are my computer details: https://imgur.com/a/xEdcClg. Thanks in advance!
