This game will not run correctly on any Intel video chip, and that is the only video device you have any driver for (five years old, admittedly).  The minimum GPU is a Geforce 8800 GT, and if you had ever maintained your Geforce Optima for operation, it is not measurably better than an Intel video chip!   You also have a very low speed GPU, equally below the minimum requirement.

@DaiTwp123 Can you try setting up a graphics profile to ensure that your main nvidia card is in use?

You may also want to update your drivers: https://help.ea.com/uk/article/finding-devices-and-updating-drivers/

Thanks.

The link you named seems correct for a late model Radeon, all right.  I don't know why it wouldn't work if you have an R9 3xx series GPU, such as those you named.  There has been at least one patch, perhaps two.  It is unlike our CM to jump to a conclusion this way.   He thought that you had an nVIDIA Geforce GPU, although I didn't see anything pointing that way.

@DaiTwp123Can you post a link to your dxdiag? That way we can try to find the appropriate driver. Just so I understand, are you using a laptop or a desktop?

How did the install fail, by the way? If there was an error message can you post exactly what it said?

Thanks.
