I am not able to use the jade cactus even though I have unlocked it. I am at Rank 251. My cactus is at Level 40. It still shows ????? for the Jade Cactus. I have already done the live chat with EA about a month ago. I was told that it would be reported as a bug. I was using a downloaded version, but even tried buying the hard copy and using that... but still can't use it. Please help!!
