I preordered but I got no character or code please help

So I preordered from playstation store and it says I have downloaded them but I can't find them at all please help

Go to settings then go to psn and then click activate as primary ps4 then go back to psn settings and click restore licenses then turn off your ps4 and unplug the power cord for ten seconds then go to garden warfare and open your packs
