If you bought it from Origin.  It is automatically activated on your Origin Account.  Make sure it's set to display "All Games" in the drop down filter.

The code can only be used once.  It is forever tied to that account.  Make sure you are using the account you activated it on.

If you bought a code from a store other than Origin, you'll need to contact that store.
