Cannot start game time PVZ Garden Warfare

Hello,when i launch PVZ Garden Warfare Game Time, i get this error http://prntscr.com/4g8fpb and that is my first time i installed Game Time on my account. Please help (idk why i have alot problems in pvz garden warfare, this is my 3rd question about it xD)

I tried with 4 accounts,and still same error. And my acccount isnt banned or something else.
