I have a few months since I bought PvZ Garden Warfare for Xbox 360.
When playing in multiplayer mode, sometimes the game starts to de-sincronize until I get kicked out from the session.
I thought this problem was caused by low wi-fi speed from my internet company. Called them and they said that it may be related to some ports that they need to open.
But I need to ask for technicall service.
Someone knows about this? How can I send an email directly to technicall support?

The ports to open for PVZ:GW are:
TCP Ports: 3074
UDP Ports: 3659,49152-65535
