Activation UI.EXE entry point not found. Game will not load. What does this mean ?

Have tried loading game repeatedly. Game installed 100%. Click play and just get "UI.EXE " entry point not found. Please help

Try disabling your anti-virus / firewall software temporarily.  When I searched for this error that's what I came up with.
